La présente consultation concerne la fourniture d'un accès internet fibre synchrone à débit garantie de 200 Mo minimum ainsi que la fourniture d'accès internet isolés ADSL cuivre ou fibre selon les sites y compris les services associés, nom de domaine, adresse IP fixe.
