Description
As part of Schiphol Airport’s commitment to comply with EU Regulation 2021/116, specific conditions for System Wide Information Management (SWIM) must be met. SWIM represents an innovative approach to sharing operational information among participants in air traffic management (ATM). To achieve compliance, the Acceleration of Aeronautical Digital Information Availability (Acadia) SWIM project has been initiated in collaboration with Eurocontrol. The goal is to ensure adherence to the regulation by December 31, 2025. Schiphol, as a key provider of airport-related data, actively participates in the European Acadia initiative and remains dedicated to meeting Eurocontrol’s regulatory requirements for airport operations. To facilitate compliance, Schiphol is seeking a vendor who can supply an off-the-shelf software product aligned with SWIM standards. This solution should seamlessly integrate into Schiphol’s IT landscape and be maintainable. Specifically, a SaaS solution that can run on-premises within the existing IT infrastructure is required.
