Description
Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Versorgung mit Leistungen des Orthopädie-Techniker-Handwerkes und des Sanitätsfachhandels der Produktgruppen 02, 05, 08, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 31 und 37 inkl. aller im Zusammenhang stehenden Dienst- und Serviceleistungen wie z. B. Maßnehmen, Anpassung, Beratung, Herstellung, Einweisung, Kontrolle, Reparaturen, Hausbesuche. Der abzuschließende Vertrag begründet keinen Anspruch auf Durchführung einer bestimmten Anzahl an Versorgungen für Versicherte der AOK PLUS bzw. eine bestimmte Abgabemenge.
