Description
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen über die Belieferung von radiologisch tätigen Vertragsarztpraxen in Baden-Württemberg mit Kontrastmitteln im Rahmen des Sprechstundenbedarfs für den Zeitraum vom 1.10.2025 bis zum 30.9.2027. Der Vertragspartner verpflichtet sich, die Versorgung der Vertragsärzte in Baden-Württemberg mit den durch die ausgeschriebenen Lieferverträge ("Verträge") vereinbarten Kontrastmitteln sicherzustellen und den gesetzlichen Krankenkassen für jedes abgegebene, vertragsgegenständliche Arzneimittel eine Rückerstattung zu gewähren. Mit den ausgeschriebenen Verträgen werden gemäß §§ 53 ff. SGB X Erstattungsbeträge des/der Zuschlagsempfänger vereinbart, die bei der Abgabe von Kontrastmitteln gelten, die nach Maßgabe von bestehenden oder zukünftigen Sprechstundenbedarfsvereinbarungen für die KV-Region Baden-Württemberg zu Lasten der Auftraggeber verordnet werden. Es werden gemäß den Angaben in Ziffer 5.1 insgesamt 25 Fachlose (einschließlich Teillose) gebildet. Jeder bzw. jede der in den Fachlosen genannten ATC-Codes bzw.
