Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rabattvereinbarungen gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für den Zeitraum vom 01.10.2024 bis 30.09.2026 (AOK XXIX). Die Ausschreibung erfolgt wirkstoffbezogen für u. g. 51 Fachlose. Jeder Wirkstoff stellt grundsätzlich ein eigenes Fachlos dar, soweit Besonderheiten nicht gesondert benannt werden. Für jedes Fachlos werden acht Teillose (Gebietslose) gemäß näherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen gebildet. Die Bieter entscheiden selbst, für welche/s Fachlos/e und welche/s Gebietslos/e sie Rabattangebote abgeben wollen. Angebote können für eines, für mehrere oder alle Fach- und Gebietslose abgegeben werden. Die Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt pro Fach- und Gebietslos. Pro Fachlos- und Gebietslos-Kombination werden je nach Fachlos gemäß näherer Bestimmung in den Vergabeunterlagen Rabattverträge mit einem oder - das Vorliegen zuschlagsfähiger Angebote in ausreichender Zahl vorausgesetzt - mit bis zu drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmern geschlossen. Je Fachlos- und Gebietslos-Kombination gilt eine vertraglich vereinbarte Höchstmenge, nach deren Ausschöpfung die Vertragslaufzeit ungeachtet der im Grundsatz bestehenden 24-monatigen Vertragslaufzeit endet…
