Description
Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattverträge gemäß §§ 130a Abs. 8/130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Eisen(III)oxid-Saccharose-Komplex (B03AC02) innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.03.2025 bis zum 28.02.2027 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses (open-house-Modell). Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen.
