Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattverträge gemäß §§ 130a Abs. 8/130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Peginterferon beta-1a (L03AB13) innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.02.2025 bis zum 31.01.2027 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses (open-house-Modell). Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen.
