Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattverträge gemäß §§ 130a Abs. 8/130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Desloratadin (R06AX27) innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.08.2024 bis zum 31.07.2026 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses (open-house-Modell). Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen.
