Description
Burgfix biedt op afstand dagelijks ondersteuning van 08:00-17:00. Zij beschikken bieden ondersteuning op alle applicaties binnen burgerzaken (klantvolgsysteem, Centric, verkiezingen, etc) daarnaast zijn zij op de hoogte en bieden ze ondersteuning bij overige processen (audit, nca, etc.). Wij hoeven zelf geen applicatiebeheerder aan te nemen of in te huren met deze constructie. Ze zijn vakinhoudelijk heel sterk. Daarnaast kunnen zij met een strippenkaart bovenstaande service aanvullen. We willen het contract afsluiten voor 2 jaar met 3x 1 jaar de optie tot verlengen. De jaarlijkse kosten zijn ongeveer €67.000.
