Im offenen Verfahren sucht die Kantonsbibliothek Vadiana das vorteilhafteste Angebot für die Lieferung eines Bibliothekssystems für die Bibliotheken des St.Galler Bibliotheksnetztes und des Bibliotheksverbunds St.Gallen-Appenzell (Option) sowie die damit verbundene Erbringung von Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Konzeption, Bereitstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Einführung und Betrieb (Beschaffungsgegenstand). Die Anbieterin betreibt die beschriebenen Bestandteile des Bibliothekssystems als Software-as-a-Service über eine Laufzeit von 7 Jahren.
