Description
Nach der Saison 2024 soll das historische Strandbad Babelsberg zurückgebaut und neu errichtet werden, so dass es ab der Badesaison 2025 wieder genutzt werden kann. Dafür soll im Oktober und November innerhalb von sechs Wochen eine Schadstoffsanierung mit darauffolgendem Abbruch der Gebäude und Versiegelungen stattfinden. Im November erfolgt dann die Übergabe des freien Bau-feldes an den Bauherren. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück drei Gebäude, die vollständig zurückgebaut werden sollen. Zum einen ein einstöckiges Sanitärgebäude (Gebäude 1) ohne Unterkellerung aus Mauerwerk und Bodenplatte aus Beton. Zudem eine Halle mit Küche (Imbiss) und Bürobereich (Gebäude 2). Diese ist ca. 5m hoch und hat ein Satteldach, eine Bodenplatte aus Beton und ist nicht unterkellert. Das Gebäude besteht weitest-gehend aus Holz und HWL-Platten. Das Dach ist mit WAZ-Platten gedeckt. Das DLRG-Gebäude (Gebäude 3) ist 2,5 hoch, aus Holz und mit Dachpappe bedeckt.
