Description

Das Aarekraftwerk Klingnau (AKA) ist ein Flusskraftwerk und bildet die unterste Produktionsstufe der Aare unmittelbar oberhalb der Mündung in den Rhein. Da die Anlage als Blockkraftwerk gebaut wurde, ist keine Restwasserstrecke vorhanden. Die Kraftwerksanlagen der AKA liegen auf Gemeindegebiet von Koblenz, Leuggern, Böttstein, Klingnau und Döttingen (alle Kanton Aargau). Die bestehende Fischaufstiegshilfe (FAH) entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen ökologischen Anforderungen. Eine Fischabstiegshilfe (FAbH) ist nicht vorhanden. Die Dienstleistungsanfrage umfasst die folgenden Leistungen: * Vervollständigung Bauprojekt (Teilphase 32 gemäss SIA 103/108) * Durchführen Ausschreibung (Teilphase 41 gemäss SIA 103/108) * Erstellung Ausführungsprojekt (Teilphase 51 gemäss SIA 103/108) * Fachplanung Ausführung, exkl. Bauleitung (Teilphase 52 gemäss SIA 103/108) * Inbetriebnahme (Teilphase 53 gemäss SIA 103/108)
