Description
De opdracht omvat de levering van diensten op vlak van architectuur, stedenbouwkundige integratie, technische uitrusting, stabiliteit, civiele werken rondom het gebouw en tuinaanleg vereist voor de realisatie van de nieuwe ziekenhuisinfrastructuur op de site van het Sint-Vincentiusziekenhuis te Deinze. De opdracht omvat niet de medische uitrusting zelf, maar zal wel leiden tot een project waarin de gebouwde ruimte en de ondersteunend technische uitrusting geschikt zijn om deze medische uitrusting correct te laten functioneren. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor het ontwerp, alsook de coördinatie van de verschillende ontwerpdisciplines en controle op de uitvoering van de werken.
