Description
De opdracht betreft een integrale ontwerpopdracht voor de verbouwing van het Liberas-gebouw op het Kramersplein te Gent, zoals omschreven in het hoofdstuk 3 van het bestek. Het huidig gebouw is gelegen op het kadastraal perceel 5de afdeling, Sectie E, 474/52/A. Gezien het strategisch belang van Liberas vzw, zal een subsidie worden aangevraagd bij het Departement Cultuur, Jeugd& Media. De ontwerper moet hier ook aan mee werken.
