Description

De aanbestedende overheid wil op de UCB-site een (watergebonden) logistieke ontwikkeling voorzien aan de hand van een concessie voor werken volgens een “ontwerp, bouw, financiering, beheer en exploitatie”-constructie door een externe (private) partner, toegewezen na een Europese concessieprocedure. De Private Partner zal instaan voor het ontwerp, de financiering, de realisatie, het beheer en de exploitatie van de private ontwikkeling onder de publieke last van het uitvoeren van publieke omgevingswerken aan het (toekomstig) openbaar domein.
