Description
Het Waterschap wil een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering voor een langere periode bij en inschrijver onderbrengen. Het verzekerd bedrag voor zaak- en letselschade zal € 10.000.000.- bedragen en voor vermogensschade € 5.000.000,-. Wij zullen naast het huidige eigen risico 2 optionele eigen risico’s uitvragen, te weten € 10.000,- en € 50.000,-. De verzekering moet dekking bieden tegen het onrechtmatig handelen en nalaten waaruit zaak- en/of letselschade ontstaat of vermogensschade. De in de markt gebruikelijke voorwaarden worden hierbij van toepassing verklaart.
