Description
De Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (hierna EUR) is voornemens om een overheidsopdracht voor ‘Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering’ te gunnen aan de onderneming Allianz Nederland Corporate (hierna Allianz) middels de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging (artikel 2.32 Aanbestedingswet 2012). Op hoofdlijnen betreft het een schadeverzekering die dekking biedt voor aansprakelijkheid van EUR voor bepaalde schade: zie hoofdstuk 2 voor een verdere uitwerking. In het kader van vrijwillige transparantie maakt de EUR dit voornemen vooraf aan de markt bekend teneinde belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen om eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken.
