Description
Gemeente Venlo heeft als doel het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één (1) Inschrijver voor het leveren van mini containers en het verwijderen en afvoeren van minicontainers(ongeacht fractie, kleur en inhoudsmaat) welke door Opdrachtnemer zijn ingenomen en niet worden hergebruikt. Op basis van de huidige inzichten wordt de opdrachtwaarde geraamd op € 150.000 - excl. BTW per jaar. Met een geraamde looptijd van 4 jaar komt de totale opdrachtwaarde (inclusief opties) op € 600.000 exclusief BTW. De maximale opdrachtwaarde over de totale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst, inclusief opties, bedraagt € 700.000,-. Indien de maximale opdrachtwaarde is bereikt, eindigt de raamovereenkomst.
