Description
Om te kunnen blijven voldoen aan de eisen die aan hoogwaardige diagnostiek en onderzoek worden gesteld is de CFG op zoek naar een high throughput DNA sequencer die voldoet aan de onderstaande criteria: • Capaciteit van het platform is ±15.000 whole genome sequences per jaar; • Flexibiliteit in run format en read length configuraties; • Mogelijkheid om de secundaire analyse on-board uit te voeren vooral voor WGS/WES alsmede RNA (transcriptomics) maar ook conversie naar FastQ bestanden • Geïntegreerde ORA (original read archive) compressie (reductie FASTQ-bestand); • Compatibiliteit met Illumina en andere commercieel beschikbare library prep kits, bij voorkeur zonder een conversie; • Mogelijkheid om hetzelfde systeem in te zetten voor longread sequencing; Daarnaast gelden de volgende eisen voor de leverancier: • een ander UMC als referentie; • bewezen trackrecord in service, support and maintenance; • een op duurzaamheid gerichte afhandeling van de benodigde reagentia. 1
