Description
Het Douane Laboratorium heeft behoefte aan een nieuwe Liquid Scintillation Counter (LSC), omdat het huidige apparaat reeds afgeschreven is, en toe aan vervanging. De LSC wordt ingezet om vast te kunnen stellen of een brandstof een fossiele of biologische herkomst heeft. Het Douane Laboratorium verwacht jaarlijks ca. 1.000 monsters met de LSC te gaan onderzoeken. Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst tussen Douane Laboratorium en één Opdrachtnemer voor zowel de levering, als het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud van de Liquid Scintillation Counter. De aanbesteding wordt uitgevoerd door het RIVM, namens en voor het Douane Laboratorium, in het kader van de Rijksinkoopcategorie Laboratorium. Rijksinkoop Als uitvloeisel van het Uitvoeringsprogramma Compacte Rijksdienst is het RIVM eind 2012 aangewezen als een inkoopuitvoeringscentrum (IUC) van de Rijksoverheid. Een van de taken van het IUC-RIVM vormt de uitvoering van de Rijksinkoopcategorie Laboratorium.
