Description
De levering van een Afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie. De installatie dient te bestaan uit een tweetal (2) autonoom werkende Membraanbioreactoren welke zijn ingebouwd in één (1) geïsoleerde ISO-container, geschikt voor het gebruik op een militair kamp. De installatie wordt aangekocht om onderzoek te doen naar het functioneren van de desbetreffende installatie. Na het lopen van een Europese openbare aanbesteding waar alleen niet-geschikte inschrijvingen zijn ontvangen is de Aanbestedende dienst verder gegaan met een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging.
