Cedergroep (hierna te noemen: Aanbestedende Dienst) heeft door middel van een aankondiging op Mercell en in het Supplement op het Publicatieblad der EG, aangegeven de werkzaamheden van voor het opstellen van het TO en UO, alsmede de bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische uitvoeringswerkzaamheden voor de ontwikkeling en realisatie van de grootschalige renovatie en beperkte nieuwbouw van de Brahmsstraat 7 te Amsterdam te willen aanbesteden.
