Deel 1: Nieuwelandenweg: aanleg van een warmtenet 2xDN300/450 (isolatieklasse 1) en 2x HDPE50 uitbreiding op het net van Indaver en Port of Antwerp Bruges tot aan het WOS-lokaal van Fluvius. Deel 2: Transcontinentaalweg en Luithagen-Haven: Aanleg van een warmtenet 2xDN300/500 (isolatieklasse 2) vertrekkende van het WOS-lokaal tot aan de Noorderlaan. De kruising van de Noorderlaan zit niet mee vervat in dit werk. Dit leidingdeel moet wel opgevuld worden met deminwater.
