Description
Het JYZ wil overgaan tot de aankoop van 1 all-in tafel voor zowel wervelkolom-,beeldvormings én traumaprocedures die multi- disciplinair inzetbaar is. De tafel dient minstens aan onderstaande te voldoen: - Volledig radiolucente spinale tafel, zowel de bladen waarop de patiënt gepositioneerd wordt, als de accessoires die dienen om de patiënt optimaal te positioneren/fixeren op de tafel, zodat er radioscopische toegang is tot de volledige spine in alle incidenties. Dit moet het vlotte gebruik van een fluoroscopische C-boog toelaten, ook voor doeleinden van spinale navigatie. - De tafel moet niet alleen kunnen ingezet worden als peroperatieve beeldvormingstafel voor spinale chirurgie, maar ook als orthopedische tafel voor de behandeling van fracturen van het bekken en de onderste extremiteiten. Dit omvat ook de mogelijkheid om continue bot- of huidtractie van het onderste lidmaat aan te wenden via gepaste accessoires. - De tafel dient verstelbaar te zijn in hoogte en tilt (zowel zijwaartse kanteling als trendelenburg/antitrendelenburg) en corresponderende waarden van deze positionering dienen digitaal op de tafelbediening weergegeven te worden. - Het radiolucente frame voor spina…
