Description

VUB is een nieuwe cleanroom - MICROLAB - aan het bouwen op de campus in Etterbeek die zal uitgerust worden voor de microfabricage van microfluidics in glas en silicium. De ‘Plasma Etcher Si’ onderdeel van deze aanbesteding zal mee de kern vormen van het state-of-the-art machinepark dat in de nieuwe cleanroom zal geïnstalleerd worden. De voorlopige planning voorziet dat de machine besteld wordt voor 28/02/23 en dat de machine geleverd en geïnstalleerd wordt in Etterbeek voor 30/09/23.
