* Betreft de installatie van een high-end digitaal mammografietoestel. De offerte omvat de standaarduitrusting, eventueel aangeboden en/of inbegrepen opties, levering, installatie en indienststelling evenals omnium onderhoudscontract. Deze opdracht wordt uitgeschreven door vzw Algemeen Ziekenhuis Klina, Augustijnslei 100, 2930 Brasschaat, KBO nr. 0434.302.850, verder ook aangeduid als de “Aanbesteder” en “AZ Klina”.
