De dienstverlening aan NPO zal bestaan uit de volgende werkzaamheden: Het ondersteunen van aanlevering van content via beveiligde methoden door derden Het contact met de aanleverende partijen actief onderhouden en monitoren met betrekking tot het binnenhalen van de uitzendgereed gemaakte programma’s Het contact met de aanleverende partijen actief onderhouden en monitoren met betrekking tot de kwaliteit en technische standaard van de aangeleverde uitzend- en ondertitelfiles Het actief monitoren van aanleveringen van uitzendgereed gemaakte content naar het Media Asset Management systeem, en direct actie ondernemen bij foutmeldingen en/of storingen
