Description
Het voorwerp van de opdracht is: Perceel 1 – Levering van onderstaande op RWZI Genk – V0105018 1. Twee slibontwateringscentrifuge met bijhorend elektrisch bord voor een bediening en (automatische)sturing van de slibontwateringscentrifuges. Er wordt gestreefd naar een nominale doorzet van 800/1200kg ds/u per centrifuge. 2. Twee PE-aanmaak en doseerinstallatie (geschikt voor emulsie polymeer). Gevoed, gestuurd en (automatisch) bediend door bijhorend elektrisch bord voor de bediening en sturing van de slibontwateringscentrifuge. 3. De bijkomend benodigde interfaces, zowel hardware- en softwarematig, teneinde de slibontwateringscentrifuges en PE installaties in het slibverwerkingsproces van desbetreffende installatie te kunnen integreren. 4. Deze machines met randapparatuur zal door derden opgesteld en elektrisch aangesloten worden. Ze moet dus opstelling klaar geleverd worden, wat betekent dat bij de levering alle montagestukken en aansluitpunten (flenzen, klemmen, …) behoren. 5. Het uitwerken en ter beschikking stellen van montagevoorschriften, opstellingstekeningen, schema’s, richtlijnen per centrifuge. 6.
