Description
Deze vrijwillige aankondiging overeenkomstig artikel 4.16 van de Aanbestedingswet betreft het voornemen van UMCG om Immobilisatiemaskers t.b.v. radiotherapeutische behandelingen met protonen en/of fotonen aan te schaffen. Uit analyse van de technische specificaties op de markt blijkt dat slechts één leverancier in staat is de vereiste compatibiliteit in combinatie met de noodzakelijke verwerkingstijd te bieden. Hierdoor ontbreekt daadwerkelijke mededinging om technische redenen. De opdracht valt boven de relevante Europese drempelwaarde. Op grond van artikel 2.32 tot en met 2.36 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 kan daarom worden gekozen voor toepassing van de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging. Niet van toepassing
