Actuariële diensten (non-life) voor de doorontwikkeling, kalibratie en het beheer van het VNG Risicobeheer-specifieke risicomodel, inclusief dataverrijking, modelvalidatie, modelregistratie en releasebeheer binnen de bestaande VNG Risicobeheer-keten. Het risicomodel en de onderliggende code- en dataketen zijn door de geselecteerde opdrachtnemer voor VNG Risicobeheer ontworpen, geijkt en in productie gebracht; vanwege technische interoperabiliteit en kenniscontinuïteit is doelmatige vervanging niet mogelijk zonder disproportionele overdrachts- en herkalibratiekosten.
