Description
De Connectie is voornemens om de overeenkomst met Unit4 te wijzigen en daarmee passend te maken bij de huidige marktomstandigheden. De Connectie doet voor het contracteren van de SaaS-versie van het huidig financieel systeem een beroep op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b onder 2 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 ten behoeve van het toepassen van de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging, omdat mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt. De scope van de overeenkomst is opgenomen in bijgevoegd memo.
