Description
Provincie Flevoland is voornemens om op basis van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de aanbestedingswet Sensornet opdracht te gunnen voor de continuering van de geluidsmetingen met 8 microfoons rondom Lelystad airport. Het betreft hier de grond waarbij de opdracht om technische redenen slechts aan één bepaalde ondernemer kan worden gegund. Provincie Flevoland is voornemens om op basis van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de aanbestedingswet af te wijken van de verplichting om Europees aanbesteden. De provincie Flevoland is voornemens om een opdracht aan Sensornet te gunnen voor de continuering van de geluidsmetingen met 8 microfoons rondom Lelystad airport. Het betreft hier een verlening van de opdracht ter hoogte van € 148.213,-. De totale opdrachtwaarde inclusief de eerste opdracht bedraagt € 366.113
