Description
De Gedeputeerde Staten van een provincie dienen op basis van artikel 5.8 van de Erfgoedwet een depot in stand te houden waarin archeologische vondsten die bij opgravingen binnen de provincie zijn aangetroffen, worden opgeslagen op een wijze die vanuit het oogpunt van behoud en toegankelijkheid verantwoord is. Deze wettelijke taak heeft de provincie Flevoland sinds 2017 opgedragen aan Batavialand. De Provincie is voornemens om de dienstverleningsovereenkomst die hiervoor met Batavialand is opgesteld te verlengen tot en met 31 december 2027. Totale waarde overeenkomst: 1.254.400 euro (behoudens indexatie).
