Met deze vrijwillige transparantie wil VRNHN gebruik maken van artikel 2.163e, lid 1. Deze onvoorziene omstandigheid betreft overmacht en brengt geen wijziging in de algemene aard van de opdracht, tevens bedraagt dit niet meer dan 50% van de opdrachtwaarde. Aan de nadere voorwaarden van artikel 2.163e Aw wordt hier voldaan, zie bijlage. Levering en onderhoud van ambulances voor de aankomende 8 jaar.
