Description
Het Restauratiefonds is betrokken bij de hypotheekverstrekking voor monumenten aan zowel particulieren als zakelijke entiteiten. Het Restauratiefonds voert ook de administratie voor de subsidies die door de Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed (RCE) en nog enkele andere partners zijn toegezegd. Het Restauratiefonds werkt hiervoor intensief samen met diverse belangrijke partners, waaronder het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (OCW), provincies, gemeenten, diverse erfgoedorganisaties en particuliere stichtingen en met monumenteigenaren. De huidige overeenkomst met de huidige dienstverlener voor het Financieringsplatform zal in de nabije toekomst beëindigd worden. Hierdoor is het van wezenlijk belang dat er tijdig een nieuw Financieringsplatform wordt geselecteerd en geïmplementeerd dat specifiek is afgestemd op de behoeften van het Restauratiefonds. Dit traject omvat de aanbesteding van een standaard Financieringsplatform voor de hypotheekprocessen. Op basis van de initiële looptijd van 5 jaar van de Overeenkomst (livegang per 1 juli 2026) is het totale voorzienbare inkoopvolume (inclusief verlengingen tot uiterlijk 1 juli 2036) circa € 5.000.000, - exclusief BTW.
