Description
Stichting Conexus is voornemens de Prins Clausschool aan de Weezenhof te Nijmegen van nieuwe huisvesting te voorzien. De nieuwbouw zal een Brede School betreffen waarin door beide partijen wordt samengewerkt. Het gebouw kent 16 lokalen ten behoeve van 400 leerlingen van het primair onderwijs. Daarnaast heeft het 4 ruimtes voor KION. De nieuwbouw van de Prins Clausschool betreft een bijna energie neutraal gebouw (BENG), met een GPR-score van 8. De nieuwbouw zal gerealiseerd worden op de huidige locatie en na sloop van het huidige gebouw van de Prins Clausschool aan de Weezenhof 4002 te Nijmegen. Zie selectieleidraad
