Description
Aanbesteding turnkeyopdracht (op basis van een VO+) nieuwbouw MFA Nobelkwartier De Bilt De ontwikkeling van het Nobelkwartier bestaat uit meerdere blokken en de MFA. Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het H.F. Witte Centrum, de sporthal, woonblok 6 en woonblok 7. De nieuwe sporthal wordt “vastgebouwd” aan het nieuw te bouwen H.F. Witte centrum. De nieuwe sporthal krijgt 8 grondgebonden woningen aan de oostgevel en 10 appartementen op de laagbouw van de sporthal aan de zuidzijde, op de strook met kleed-wasruimten. Het project is in totaal circa 6.200 m bvo groot.
