Description
De scope van de aanbesteding betreft het leveren en plaatsen van sanitaire voorzieningen, benodigdheden, verbruikersartikelen en bijbehorende dienstverlening. Aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een bruikleenconstructie waarbij de verbruiksartikelen verplicht worden afgenomen bij winnende Inschrijver. Demontage (huidige voorzieningen en aan einde van opdracht), montage nieuwe voorzieningen, voorraadbeheer inclusief wisselfrequenties en onderhoud is tevens onderdeel van deze opdracht. De totale opdrachtwaarde overschrijdt de Europese aanbestedingsdrempel van € 221.000,= excl. btw. Om deze reden is er voor gekozen om sanitaire voorzieningen en verbruiksartikelen in concurrentie op de markt te zetten en een (nieuwe) leverancier te contracteren.
