Description
Schoolbestuur Spectrum-SPCO is voornemens overeenkomsten aan te gaan voor de reaslisatie van de nieuwbouw van kindcentrum Bleiswijk. Het bestaande schoolgebouw aan de IJsvogellaan te Bleiswijk wordt gesloopt om plaats te maken voor de nieuwbouw. Het nieuw te bouwen kindcentrum Bleiswijk heeft een oppervlak van ca. 2.340 m2 BVO en zal onderdak bieden aan een basisschool met 320 leerlingen, een kinderdagverblijf (KDV) met 48 kindplaatsen en een buitenschoolse opvang (BSO) met 50 kindplaatsen. Tevens wordt de indeling en inrichting van het buitenterrein (+/- 2.600 m2) aangepast, waarbij zoveel mogelijk van de bestaande bomen en het groen behouden blijven. De opdracht wordt gesplitst in drie percelen: Perceel 1: bouwkundige werken; Perceel 2: werktuigbouwkunige installaties; Perceel 3: elektrotechnische installaties. 2.340 m2 bvo
