DJI biedt aan Justitiabelen medisch noodzakelijke en niet-uitstelbare zorg die, kwalitatief gezien, equivalent is aan de zorg in de maatschappij en tegen een maatschappelijk aanvaardbaar kostenniveau geleverd wordt. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is contracten te sluiten voor de levering van Huisartsenzorg, die hieraan voldoen.
