Description
De aanbesteding betreft de levering van beveiligingsdiensten voor Senzer, verdeeld over twee percelen: Perceel 1: Vaste objectbeveiliging (ook wel: manbeveiliging publieksruimte) op locatie Churchilllaan 109 te Helmond. Hier draait het om gastvrije en professionele fysieke aanwezigheid van beveiligers gedurende kantoortijden in de publieksruimte van Senzer. Perceel 2: Mobiele surveillance voor meerdere locaties in Helmond en Asten. Het betreft hier o.a. alarmopvolging, controlerondes en het openen en sluiten van panden buiten kantooruren. Let op: Inschrijving is uitsluitend toegestaan op één perceel. Deze beperking is ingesteld om belangenverstrengeling te voorkomen en de onafhankelijkheid en continuïteit per perceel te waarborgen. De totale geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt, over de maximale looptijd van vier jaar (inclusief eventuele verlengingen), tussen de €880.000 en €1.000.000 exclusief btw.
