Description
In 2020 is de reconstructie voor het Bio Science Park aanbesteed. De Opdrachtgever was daarin op zoek naar uitvoeringspartner die inzet op optimalisaties in het project en het gebied. Niet alleen tijdens de bouwteamfase, maar ook tijdens de uitvoering en bij het bepalen van een passende uitvoeringsfasering. Na gunning hebben zich onvoorziene omstandigheden voorgedaan die ertoe hebben geleid dat het project is vertraagd en de kosten zijn gestegen. De aard van de werkzaamheden is niet veranderd, de opdracht omvat nog steeds het ontwerpen en realiseren van de reconstructie.
