De gemeente Leiden is voornemens om het onderhoud aan haar Elektrotechnische- en Werktuigbouwkundige installaties uit te besteden. De Opdracht is verdeeld in de volgende twee percelen: 1. Reguliere gebouwen met basisinstallaties 2. Complexere gebouwen met uitgebreidere installaties (o.a. monumentale gebouwen) Type onderhoud: a. preventief onderhoud b. correctief onderhoud c. planmatig onderhoud d. projecten De geraamde financiële omvang voor dit contract bevindt zich tussen de €5.000.000 en maximaal €6.500.000 per jaar.
