Description
Het team Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling heeft er behoefte aan om zo nodig op korte termijn, op wisselende momenten en voor korte of langere perioden juridisch-planologische capaciteit in te schakelen ten behoeve van advisering omtrent onder andere bouwplannen, het voeren van BOPA-procedures en het opstellen van wijzigingen van het omgevingsplan. De voorkeur gaat ernaar uit om een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met drie Inschrijvers die in deze behoefte aan juridisch-planologische medewerkers kunnen voorzien. De totale geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de gehele opdracht, gebaseerd op de maximale looptijd van de Overeenkomst van vier (4) jaar, bedraagt tussen de 12 en 16 FTE. Voor één FTE wordt 1350 uur op jaarbasis gerekend.
