Description
Bij het oplossen van woningtekorten, versneld isoleren, toekomstbestendig bouwen en herontwikkeling van grote stedelijke gebieden is de kans groot dat er verbodsbepalingen worden overtreden voor beschermde soorten onder de wetgeving voor natuurbescherming (op basis van artikel 5.1 van de Omgevingswet en het Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving hoofdstuk 11). De gemeente Oegstgeest wil daarom voor het hele stedelijk gebied een soortenmanagementplan (hierna: SMP) laten opstellen om daarmee een zorgvuldig onderbouwde omgevingsvergunning voor flora- en fauna-activiteiten aan te vragen. Deze opdracht betreft het volledige stedelijk gebied. 1830-2245 uur
