Description
Gemeente Leiden is voornemens een overeenkomst af te sluiten met betrekking tot het Huurteam van de gemeente Leiden. Gemeente Leiden is voornemens om de opdracht aan één partij te gunnen. De dienstverlening: • Uitvoeren woningopnames (onzelfstandige en zelfstandige woningen); • Begeleiden vervolgprocedures; • Juridische advisering. Naar verwachting zullen er ongeveer 200 tot 300 trajecten per jaar worden uitgevoerd, met daarbij 100 vervolgtrajecten.
