Description
Tromsø municipality manages approx. 510,000 m2 buildings. This is distributed over individual municipal companies, the section for buildings and the section for property. The administration consists of the operation, management, maintenance, development, hire and rent of areas. Based on Tromsø municipality ́s geographical and demographic dissemination, a user friendly and efficient MOMD system is a key in order to ensure good service delivery to all users of municipal purpose-built buildings.
