Description
De Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) verplicht de gemeente om haar burgers te ondersteunen in hun zelfredzaamheid en participatie. In dat licht verstrekt de gemeente Rotterdam Hulpmiddelen aan burgers met een beperking, variërend van rolstoelen, woonhulpmiddelen (bijv. tillift) tot vervoersvoorzieningen (bijv. scootmobielen). Daartoe heeft de gemeente in 2019 contracten afgesloten. Deze contracten lopen af op 1 mei 2026, daarom wordt via deze opdracht opnieuw aanbesteed.
