Description
Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM), The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) and the Agency for Urban Development (EBY) - hereafter called the Contracting Authority , invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for removal of graffiti. Graffiti, posters and stickers shall be removed from the Contracting Authority's properties/installations. In addition graffiti, posters and stickers shall be removed from private, government and other municipal house owners facades in accordance with a separate subscription scheme.
Award criteria
- Price — Total evaluation price. Documentation requirement: Completed Annex 3 Price Form.
- Quality — Assignment comprehension. Documentation requirement: Assignment comprehension shall be documented in Annex 2 The tenderer ́s response.
- Quality — An account of climate and environmental measures. Documentation requirement: An account of climate and environmental measures shall be documented in Annex 2 Tenderer ́s response.
