Description
Voor de afdeling Campus & Facilities, team Energie zijn we op zoek naar een projectmanager. Per aanbieder mag er één kandidaat worden aangedragen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projecttraject van energieprojecten: van voorbereiding en inkoop tot uitvoering en overdracht. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt op voortgang en zorgt dat elk project goed landt in de organisatie. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende energieprojecten op het Utrecht Science Park, de campus van het University College Utrecht en in de binnenstad. Je richt je op zowel elektriciteits- als warmtevoorziening, met installaties zoals warmtekrachtcentrales, zonneparken, warmte- en koudeopslag (WKO)-systemen en ketelhuizen. Je draagt daarmee direct bij aan de verduurzaming van het vastgoed van de universiteit én dat van externe partners, zoals de Hogeschool Utrecht en studentenhuisvesting. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het volgende: Verbeteren van bestaande energie-installaties en het beheer ervan; Voorbereiden en aansturen van energieprojecten, van ontwerp tot oplevering; Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang (GROTIK); Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder adviseurs, aa…
